    Response on joint regulation of systemic stablecoin issuers

    Supports a coordinated regime for systemic stablecoins, but asks the Bank of England and the FCA to name a lead authority for each shared area and to send single joint information requests. It also asks that open source protocols, non-custodial wallets, nodes and Lightning routing are kept out of systemic recognition.
